After a day of seeing their historic sites, there’s a plethora of bars and restaurants at your disposal, offering local wines and delectable Spanish delicacies. Our favourite feature? It has to be the incredible rooftop terrace. You could spend hours gazing out over the phenomenal panoramas, with views over the glistening Mediterranean Sea and dramatic surrounding mountainscape. Full of exotic plants, cacti, and palm trees, the verdant gardens transform the outdoors into a tropical oasis. The pool terrace is another outdoor favourite, with a sparkling kidney-shaped pool with beautiful mosaic tile detail, lined with sun loungers for catching some rays. There are multiple balconies with comfy seating for unwinding with a morning coffee, or even a wide alfresco dining table for tasty meals in the crisp sea air.
