We highly recommend this contemporary two-storey villa for those who wish to be within walking distance of a sandy beach and Cala D'Or’s impressive selection of shops, restaurants and cafés. Most of the ground floor is open plan and the interiors are well-appointed, with all the mod cons necessary for a comfortable villa holiday in Majorca. In the centre of the garden is an inviting private pool surrounded by a decked terrace, complete with loungers where you can sunbathe and socialise in-between dips. Being located in the heart of Cala D’Or makes this the perfect villa for those who don’t want to think about having to drive anywhere. Stroll to the colourful promenade during the day, or lap up the sunshine at Cala Gran Beach. It’s got Blue Flag status and offers beautiful views, soft white sands and atmospheric eateries nearby.
