This delightful property is ideal for groups and families alike. Burriana beach, with its many bars and restaurants, is only a short walk away and the centre of Nerja about 30 minutes away on foot (5 mins. drive). There is a regular bus service in to the centre of Nerja that leaves from near the villa. The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. The spacious lounge has a wood burning stove and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and electrical appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Furnishings throughout are of a good standard in a contemporary style. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and it's terrace area. Facilities in Villa Dos Ardillas include a washing machine, dishwasher, safe* television and free Wi-Fi.
