This lovely detached villa is located at the foot of the private El Vila Estate with fabulous views over the El Vila area and the Tramuntana mountains. It is an ideal choice for those who love outdoor space and views but also want to be within easy reach of the facilities that Puerto Pollensa has to offer including the famous Pine Walk and sandy beach. There is a table and chairs and a built in brick barbecue area for those warm evenings alfresco dining. As you make your way through the terrace you will find a good sized pool surrounded by lawns and matures trees and shrubs. The grounds really do have room to run around and a feeling of privacy and space. The pool has roman steps for easier access and is set to one side of the covered terraces.Once inside Can Papalaya all the accommodation is situated on ground level. As you come through the entrance you are lead into the open plan lounge and dining area. This area really is filled with character from the original beamed and tile ceiling through to the stone internal wall but is complimented by the modern style floor tiles and furniture giving it a light an airy feel. The kitchen, whilst basic does offer all the modern conveniences you would expect and need on a holiday including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob and oven with extractor fan and of course a fridge freezer.There are three bedrooms in total, one double and two twin bedrooms all benefiting from air conditioning. There is one bathroom and a shower room with low access into the shower itself.
